Pricing

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate information, but occasionally one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Shipping

Most all items purchased on our website are shipped via a common carrier to the lower contiguous 48 states. Freight carrier will contact the customer to arrange delivery. Customer will be responsible for meeting and unloading the items purchased. Please check all cartons for extensive damage before signing the bill of lading. Please contact our customer service department at 615-595-5582 x1 immediately if any damage occurs.

Shipping is $100 on all residential swing sets, in ground basketball hoops, and trampolines over $800.  Shipping on commercial playground equipment is estimated at 15% on purchase but will be calculated at a later date when shipped and any differences will be credited/charged at time of delivery.  Typically commercial playground freight runs around 15-20%.  The larger the piece and a larger quantity of pieces will generally drive that percentage down.

Return/Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled up until the time that it leaves our warehouse. For returns, please call our customer service department at 615-595-5582 to request a return authorization number. We accept returns as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been exposed to the outside elements. Customer is responsible for freight to return the item to us as well as a 10% restocking fee. Customer will be credited back payment after we receive the item and check for damages. We cover shipping charges on returned items only if the item arrives at the designated shipping address defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly. If any parts or defective or damaged, Happy Backyards™ will ship the replacement parts at no cost to you. We do not offer any refunds once the item has been installed.  If an installer arrives at yard and it will not fit due to size or slope we will refund the purchase in full.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our website may collect statistical information such as, your IP address and the pages you visit. Such data can not be used to identify you personally. The only personal information collected is information that you submit. Any personal information submitted will not be sold, redistributed, or used for any other purpose other than to respond to your submission.

This website does not use any cookies, ad networks, or 3rd party tools that could potentially expose your personal information.

Installation

Installation in our local service area includes a 30 mile radius from our stores in Franklin, and Collierville, TN. A minimum service charge of $1 per mile one way from the store will be billed for anyone living over 30 miles.
