The installer was unbelievable great! Great good man named Chris. However do NOT give these people your credit card information they will run your card without your permission. I highly recommend you be careful when giving them half down half after they will just charge you the full amount without your authorization even if you are going to be using a different card.

STAFF was very RUDE and UNWELCOMING. Customer Service was awful. We walked in looking for a playground structure for the grandkids. There were 2 people working, older woman standing under a structure on the phone, and a man at the desk. Both looked straight at us and did not speak. We walked around for about 5 minutes. We found it odd that they still had not spoken. It had us wondering if it were a racial thing. Then another interracial couple came in and they both stopped and spoke to them to see if the had any questions or if the can help them in any way. They showed them a couple of things and then left them to look. When they left they stopped them again to see if they had any further questions. So that must not have been the issue. About 10 minutes had passed and we are STILL the only customers in the store. My husband said out loud "it sure would be nice to get some help in here" still nothing. They both stopped and looked at one another and the woman got back on the phone. We walked back out and the man just looked at us, and back at the desk. They couldn't have cared less to help. We will definitely find another company to buy from.

We got a great playset for a good deal before Christmans, and our kids all love it! Erick was really nice, and he made sure it was installed right away.

Great product and great service! Tom helped me find the right basketball hoop for my family and their installer made the delivery and installation a breeze. After a month of daily use I’m glad to report we are VERY pleased with our Proformance 660. Highly recommend this hoop.

the BEST for the kids. must luxury amazing playgrounds you will ever find. Very good at installation and they show up on TIME!

The knowledge and service at Happy Backyards is superb. These guys know what they are talking about and I’ve never met anyone who knew so much about swingsets - down to the details of where the trees were cut down to build the units. Price was reasonable especially for the quality. Sales people are NOT on commission. Installation was excellent!

Just installed a 30 X 50 game court with basketball and pickle ball lines. Terrific basketball goal set also in the install. Justin did a terrific job with the install, and Tom and the staff at Happy Backyards were great at accommodating our desired final layout. Just a great way to get the kids out of the house and playing outdoors. The product is innovative and seem pretty bullet proof, though we will try to wear it out. Thanks Happy Backyard for a very solid customer experience in a time when that is hard to find.

The point of purchase was a breeze! Showroom is exceptional, plenty of options to look at. Customer service was amazing from start to finish.
I want to send a huge shout out to Scott, the installer!! What a fantastic guy, extremely knowledgeable with the product. I was a bit shocked when one guy got out of the truck. However, this one guy is very capable of getting the job done. The lay of our land required us to make a decision that at the end of the day was the right one for us. Might not have been for most but a little stain this spring, and you really won't notice. Way to go, Scott, I'm so glad you were willing to see this project through.
